To ensure our customers details are kept safe, all payments are handled by Barclaycard Business at their secure website. Benefits of this payment method are set out below along with a handy guide to using the Barclaycard website for payment for first time users.

Barclaycard Business provides a world-class secure service for card payment authorisation and settlement. When a customer chooses products from the Frontline Books website and proceeds to checkout, they are directed to the "ePDQ CPI secure payment environment" (Barclaycard Business), where they can pay by debit or credit card. ePDQ CPI automates and completes the transaction and Frontline Books staff can then fulfil the customer's order.

1. Add all required items to your shopping cart. This is shown at the top right hand corner of the screen and can be seen on all Frontline Books website pages.
2. Once you have selected the items you want to order, click 'Go to checkout'.
3. If you have not signed in, please enter your address details. PLEASE NOTE: Postage charges can only be calculated once you have filled in your address and delivery details.
4. Select the delivery option you would like.
5. Select continue and you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Once here, check that you are ordering the required items, your details are correct and the delivery method you have selected.
6. Click 'Continue to Secure Payment Gateway' to be directed to the secure Barclaycard Business site where you can make payment with a credit or debit card.
7. At the Frontline Books Barclaycard Business site, select your payment method and enter your card details. This is Step 1.
8. Select continue and confirm your name and address details. This is step 2.
9. Step 3 confirms whether the transaction has been successful or not and at this point a confirmation email will be sent confirming the order and amount that has been charged.
